When Will ‘ELVIS’ Be Streaming?

Austin Butler has transformed into the late superstar Elvis Presley for the Baz Luhrmann biopic about the King of Rock and Roll.

The movie traces the rise of Elvis from his childhood to his position as an international superstar, and looks at the darker sides of his life including drug and alcohol problems and his complicated relationship with his manager, Colonel Tom Parker, played by Tom Hanks.

ELVIS had its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2022 and received a 12-minute standing ovation from the audience. Since then, the majority of critics have praised the film and in particular, marveled at Butler’s performance, who beat the likes of Miles Teller, Harry Styles and Ansel Elgort for the role.
